1How can I request a quote?
First of all, you should call our offices or send an email to get an appointment (usually with our technical staff)for a preliminary meeting. based on what the customers say and on the documents that they give us, we are able to draw up the quote: if the commission is a restoration, we also provide a preliminary inspection to have all the needed data. The whole process takes us 20-30 days, and after the acceptance we go on discussing terms and conditions of the agreement.
2Is the photo-reporting service only for foreign customers?
Obviously not. When we draw up the contract every customer can ask for this service. Our experience tells us that this is a very good way to empower reciprocal trust, both for our company and clients.
3How do you relate with (TO) foreign clients?
We are able to dialogue in every language, even though it is very common for foreign investors to have their own project-manager in Italy.
4Do you offer real estate research services as well?

5How does the payment work in relation to the timetable?
Timetable is an attachment to the contract, a document in which the payment is related to a progressive percentage of work done in order to give our customer the possibility to correctly plan his/her investment. On the other side, this document “forces” us to respect the monthly deadlines.
6What happens if there is a deviation between what is planned and what is realized, in terms of time or payments?
If the deviation is small and if the reason is not attributable to us, nothing happens. Our company will provide to recover in the following month. When the deviation is of a larger entity, there is a verification to understand the reasons and the percentage of non-executed works is deleted from the monthly payments, and the due will be paid only when executed.
7Who is in charge of the verification at point n.6?
The construction manager, who is a customer’s trusted figure, but obviously this verification is subject to an adversarial procedure.
8What does “global service company” mean?
This means that Costruzioni Afleg SRL has in its inside all the expertise and the professional figures necessary to deliver to its clients the turnkey “house-product”. In other words we are able to research for the property and to find the perfect solution for the client, to execute the design plan, to manage all the law issues related to the intervention, to execute all the restoration/construction works and to give post-building maintenance as well. This way our customers have only one interlocutor and only one responsible to relate to. This is very important and convenient) , especially for foreigners.
9Is it possible to not take advantage of the design services but only of the building expertise?
Sure, it is! This is our job and if our client has his own project and asks us only to execute it, we naturally can do this, and in addition we can state that we are very used to cooperate with other professionals.
10Do the materials that you use have certifications?
Yes, we have joined to the Uni ISO 9001:2015 quality control system, and this means that all the products we use are tracked and certified. The purchase office takes care of this: not all bricks, glues or resins are the same so it is very important to let our clients know that we can absolutely be trusted on this.
