Profile
Knowledge & Know-how: research, innovation, cooperation, hospitality and cross-fertilisation.
Costruzioni AFELG was born from the expertise and experience of managers, designers, technicians and skilled workers. We carry out urban regeneration, construction, building renovation and conservative restoration, with particular attention to earthquake resistance and energy saving. We work with highly specialised profiles and an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, offering public and private clients solutions tailored to every kind of need.
We know how to build new, and we know how to carry out high-quality renovations, recovering and using natural materials and artefacts from the local building tradition: stone, timber beams, iron, antique terracotta for floors, into which we skilfully and organically integrate modern technologies and materials, so as to guarantee maximum living comfort and, of course, safety. Over the years, across Italy, we have selected craftsmen and suppliers from whom we buy high-quality, first-choice, certified materials.

Our head office is in Pontelandolfo, in the upper Sannio area of the province of Benevento: a land of ancient origins and unique historical and artistic value (the Arch of Trajan and the Cloister of Santa Sofia, and much more…). Our building sites are scattered across the whole peninsula, a testament to a way of working recognised and appreciated everywhere.
Our vision
We love the environment and are driven by a strong awareness of the need to save energy and all other natural resources. This is our vision, our ideal horizon, the field in which we apply our knowledge and know-how.
We have cultivated a willingness and desire to network and to build relationships that improve our ability to identify and apply new technologies, and therefore to build well. We have an open, receptive mind and enjoy taking on new challenges, without ever losing sight of the wealth of experience – including hands-on, practical experience – that helps us judge and choose, each time, the best solution.

Organisation
The registered office houses the company’s management centre, which oversees all operating activities from an administrative, managerial and technical standpoint. In recent years these activities have been concentrated mainly in two geographic areas: Lombardy and Emilia for the reconstruction after the 2012 earthquake, and Tuscany and Umbria for the foreign investor market.
We have over 50 employees working on building sites. Technical assistance, administration and quality are handled by an in-house company of about 8 employees.
The company has invested heavily in vehicles and equipment that allow it to carry out any kind of work independently, significantly reducing project timescales and management costs, to the client’s benefit as well.
