Post-earthquake reconstruction
The company has won several contracts for reconstruction in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna following the 2012 earthquake. In this context it has established itself, with the managing and supervising bodies, with clients and with the local professionals it works with, as a serious and reliable operator, having shown it can rigorously manage site operations, timescales and the reporting of documentation on the IT platform. Foreign market
Since its founding, the company has held several contracts for the building recovery of farmhouses and ancient villages in Umbria and Tuscany. These are major investments by British and Singaporean citizens, for themselves or for investment funds, aimed at creating accommodation facilities and holiday homes with parks, gardens and sports facilities.
For this type of client, who does not live in Italy, the company prepares a photographic report on the progress of works on site and sends it to the client every month.
